Toot v1.2 Third Hotfix

Version 1.2 Hotfix3

I tried to fix but ended up only fixing part of the problem with certain speeds (like 512) and the driving channel not jumping the other channels properly (still messes it up but catches up I think?) Also changed the wave export’s playback prompt to not close the prior menu.
