Toot v1.2 Second Hotfix

Version 1.2 Hotfix2

Minor fixes and a change(?)/fix to how pitch wavetables are applied to noise. Also included my toolbox I use cause I think it’s more useful than the one in demo.toot.

• fixed: crash displaying message still on empty bank

• fixed: noise now uses the same system wavetables use for pitch effects
