Toot is a music tracker/toy designed to help create chiptunes by simplifying certain aspects of song creation. It's cozy; containing everything you need to make music.
It even has a rudimentary text editor/drawing program built right in!

Toot has 6 stereo channels blasting audio at 48khertz with a bit depth of 16bits, Waveforms and envelopes controlled by customizable wavetables, And .wav files can be drag and dropped on the program to encode raw pcm, dpcm, or qoa samples!

Create a album of chiptunes, sound effects, Or just funny sounds and export them as .wav files to use for your own projects.

Toot is designed with macOS in mind but the base-.love file is included as well. Just download löve 11.5 for your operating system at https://love2d.org/ and your good to go!

There's also a demo toot bank you can download, This contains a few songs you can mess with. Alongside the user manual this should help get you started.

Thank you for checking this out! I've been working on Toot for a little over a year now. In hindsight there's a few things that I think could be better.. But I plan on updating Toot in the future possibly. Features may include:
- Base64 import/export
- More unicode support // Input menu
- Gamepad support
